"A Celtic Journey"

This is a weekend retreat offered by Áine and Celtic yoga instructor Gail Woods. In this retreat Áine and Gail will take you on the journey of a Celtic pilgrim; as a metaphor for traveling one’s own life path. This is an interactive workshop consisting of music, meditation, gentle/restorative yoga movements, breath awareness, chakras and Celtic traditions such as the art of blessing others and the Celtic wheel of the year.

She also performed a concert on Saturday evening of that same weekend. Aine was a pleasure to work with, from start to finish. Her concert was memorable; she sang with a voice like an angel, told stories in the best Irish tradition, and her harp-playing was mesmerizing."
