"The Vow sheet music book contains 13 arrangements from 'The Vow' album. This music is wonderful for either harp (piano) alone or harp (piano) with melody instrument.
Each tune starts off with a solo harp arrangement and then moves into a full harp accompaniment with the melody written as a separate line above.
The music in this collection ranges from 2 flats to 3 sharps. so a harp with full levers is recommended. The melody line is perfectly suited to violin, but can be played on flute or other melody instrument, perhaps taking the melody up an octave if needed. THE HARP PART CAN EASILY BE PLAYED ON THE PIANO TOO! The interplay between the harp and melody instrument is wonderful and adds complexity and richness to the sound. The music ranges from dreamy ballads to sprightly jigs, and is an excellent addition to the repertoire of any gigging harpist."
